Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a strong understanding of the real estate market to assist Spanish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities

Assist Spanish-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conduct property showings and open houses.

Prepare and review real estate documents, including contracts and agreements

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients and other real estate agents.
- Provide clients with information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Maintain updated listings of available properties.
- Network with potential clients and real estate professionals.
- Complete income verification to ensure eligibility with government regulations

Handle the financial operations of the properties
Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus

Valid real estate license.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Knowledge of Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") rules and regulations
- Knowledge of laws and standards that apply to property management, such as Fair Housing Laws, Landlord-Tenant Laws, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes.
