We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Insurance Agent skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various insurance products, and significant customer service experience to help clients choose the best options for their needs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing policy renewals and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.

Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and options.

Analyze clients' current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Process new insurance applications and policy renewals.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure all policy renewals are processed timely and accurately.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement operational strategies.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Valid Insurance Agent License

Previous experience as a customer service representative required.

Strong understanding of insurance policies and products.

2-3 years of experience of Commercial and Residential coding and binding.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office.
- Preferably spanish speaker
Salary: 55,000$
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm
