About the Role:
Pied Piper Group is seeking driven, financially savvy professionals to join our team as Relationship Managers. This role is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term book of business by onboarding clients into real estate ownership opportunities and managing those relationships for life.
As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to your clients—guiding them through the purchase of real estate assets and providing ongoing, full-service support. From financial oversight to handling insurance claims, repairs, and property performance, you will ensure each client’s assets are protected, optimized, and professionally managed.

What You’ll Do:
Client Onboarding & Advisory
• Guide clients through the acquisition of real estate assets
• Assess financial profiles and align clients with suitable investment opportunities
• Coordinate transactions from onboarding through closing
Portfolio Management
• Build and manage a portfolio of 50–100 clients within your first 24 months
• Oversee property performance, cash flow, and long-term value
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs
Ongoing Client Service (Lifetime Relationship Model)
• Provide continuous support throughout the client lifecycle
• Manage insurance claims, home warranty issues, and repairs
• Coordinate with vendors, property managers, and service providers
Financial Oversight
• Monitor asset performance, expenses, and returns
• Provide clients with financial insights and reporting
• Help clients maximize value across their real estate holdings
Growth & Retention
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring income
• Identify opportunities to expand client portfolios
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention
Compensation
