Job Description:
Pied Piper Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Construction Accounting Specialist to manage property installment payments, oversee construction-related financial records, and handle licensing applications with government agencies. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable Management
- Manage installment payment schedules for sold properties.
- Ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of receivables.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients as needed.

Construction Accounting
- Track and record construction-related expenses.
- Maintain job cost reports and ensure accuracy in project budgeting.
- Analyze the nature of expenses to ensure proper categorization.

Licensing and Compliance
- Prepare and submit applications to government agencies for licenses and permits.
- Maintain accurate records of all licensing documents and renewals.

Reporting & Communication
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Communicate effectively in English with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management.
- Construction industry accounting experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of expense classification and job costing.
- Experience preparing and submitting government agency license applications.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar).
Compensation:
$1,000/month (based on experience and qualifications)
