Job Description:
As a Commercial Real Estate Processor at Pied Piper Group, you will be an essential part of our commercial financing team. You will manage the processing of commercial real estate loans from initiation to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and facilitate the successful completion of commercial transactions.
Responsiblities:
- Document Management: Collect, review, and manage all necessary documents for commercial real estate loan processing, including financial statements, property appraisals, and legal agreements.
- Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the loan process, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on the status of their application.
- Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with lenders, underwriters, and closing agents to facilitate smooth and timely processing of loans.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the company's database and generate reports for management review.
- Closing Coordination: Work closely with the closing department to ensure all conditions are met before finalizing the loan.
Education and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, business administration, or related to chartered accountant field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate loan processing or a related role.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate lending processes.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
